This policy describes the handling of information through the Zentrix studio website. For privacy questions or requests concerning this website, contact info@zentrix.my.

Information you provide

When you send an enquiry or request a personalised homepage demo, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, email address, optional contact details and project requirements. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information in an enquiry. The website and its hosting services may also process technical request information, such as network addresses, browser information and request times, for delivery, security and troubleshooting.

Why we use information

Enquiry information is used to assess and respond to your request, communicate about a potential project and manage the enquiry. Technical information supports site operation and protection against abuse. Depending on applicable law, these activities may rely on steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in operating a secure website, legal obligations, or your consent for optional browser preferences. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses session storage for introductory-animation continuity and the Work listing's return state. Secure administrator access uses an essential session cookie. These functions do not require optional preference storage. Your consent choice is stored in local storage for 180 days. Language, sound and last-visited-division preferences are stored only when you allow site preferences. Without permission, these controls can still work during your current visit without remembering the optional settings. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Rejecting or withdrawing optional permission removes those saved site-preference values. You can also clear browser storage through your browser settings. The application currently installs no optional analytics or advertising trackers.

Providers and external websites

Information may be processed by the hosting and database services needed to operate the website and by the people authorised to handle enquiries. Records may also be disclosed where required by applicable law. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Requests for these fonts can send your network address and browser request information to Google's font services. Links to client websites, studio products, WhatsApp or email services take you to services with their own privacy practices. No third-party contact service is embedded merely by displaying its link. Providers may process information outside your country; contact us for information about the services used and applicable safeguards.

Storage and deletion

Enquiries are stored in the studio's enquiry-management system until removed by an authorised administrator. Contact info@zentrix.my to request deletion or ask about a specific record. Some information may need to be retained for an ongoing project, security or applicable legal obligations. The consent choice expires after 180 days, after which you will be asked again when you next load the website. Optional preference values are cleared when the application finds no valid permission.

Your privacy requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive your information, restrict or object to its use, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent supervisory authority. Contact info@zentrix.my with your request. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Withdrawing optional storage permission does not affect a request you already submitted or any processing that lawfully took place before withdrawal.

This page may be updated when the website's data handling changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes to optional storage purposes will require a new consent choice before those purposes are enabled.
